GROUND FLOOR

 There are two main exit doors to enter or escape: hall or kitchen, along with double doors from sunroom/lounge.

FIRST FLOOR BEDROOMS

Windows to drop from along with special fire escape windows from the bedroom over the sun room.

• All rooms of building completed to present day building regulations.
• All electrics recently tested and passed to current requirements.
• As above, which includes mains fire and smoke alarms in each room with battery chip back up if loss of power.

Additionally, two all-purpose fire extinguishers for hall and kitchen along with fire blanket to kitchen have been provided. Fire guard to wood burning stove.

In the event of fire or hearing the alarm, immediately evacuate the building, leaving your belongings and valuables behind, and then notify the owner next door at Wickentree Farm.
